Note the following:
•
If an employee works for more than one company, the Search field displays each company ID and name in the preview list, so you can easily distinguish which employee/company match to select. |
•
If relatives who work for the same company have the same first and last name, such as a father and son, the system lists the middle initial for these employees, so you can easily distinguish between them. |
•
An employee's termination date displays in the results, so you can quickly verify whether the employee currently works for your company. |
•
You can enter an employee's preferred name, if applicable, the same way that you would search for their first or last name. (Note: If you enter an employee's legal first name in the Search field and they have a preferred name, the preferred name displays first in the search results with the legal first name displaying in parentheses.) |
2.

Click the employee name to open the Employee Details. |
Note: To see employees with an onboarding status displayed, you must be enrolled in the Onboarding module.
